Jeff is a highly skilled and seasoned professional with over four decades of dedicated experience in military training and law enforcement operations. Proven expertise in tactical training, K-9 handling, and SWAT operations, combined with a strong background in working with tribal communities. Adept at crisis management, leadership, and team building.
